I’m Pia, 18, and i live in Finland.
This blog is an inspiration for me to get the figure i want. I do gymnastics / dancing or whatever you wanna call it, but basically i do gymnastics to music.
I also run/jog about 4 times a week, depending how much time i have. I don’t really wanna lose extra much weight, i just wanna tone up my body and feel more comfortable in my skin. My current weight is 47kg (103.6 lbs) and i’m 155cm (5’1) tall and i would like to lose about 4kg, so my goal weight is 43kg (94.7 lbs).
I’ve been a semi-vegetarian for about four years now, meaning that i do eat chicken and fish occasionally (though i’d love to eat fish more often, but it’s really expensive). I don’t eat red meat at all, because frankly, i feel guilty when i eat it, and i’ve noticed, that i’m doing just fine without it :)
